Fair Royalty

Fair Royalty

At the Wright County Fair

Each year at the Wright County Fair, young women from across the county have the opportunity to compete for the honor of Wright County Fair Queen and Princess. The Queen and Princess are selected based on leadership, community involvement, personality, and poise, and they serve as ambassadors throughout the fair and beyond.

Contestants participate in the fair parade and the coronation ceremony held on opening day, and the crowned Wright County Fair Queen traditionally represents the fair at the Iowa State Fair Queen Contest in Des Moines.
